Azerbaijan — The Baku Group will be engaged in settlement of Ukrainian crisis at the OSCE line.
Ranko Krivokapic announced today at the 23rd session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly that yesterday Russian and Ukrainian delegations decided to create the second international Parliamentary Group for settlement of the Ukrainian crisis.
We have created the Baku Group comprised of Russian and Ukrainian Parliamentarians, as well as deputies from other countries. I express my gratitude for consent to pursue dialog on this issue, – noted Krivokapic.
In his opinion, Parliamentary diplomacy plays an important role in settlement of the existing conflicts.
The situation in Ukraine is one of the most critical in the world today and we must apply every effort to find a way out of this crisis, – stressed Krivokapic.
The temporary ceasefire between the soldiers of the Kievan regime and opposing fighters of Novorossiya (Union of Peoples Republics) from Donetsk and Luhans regions ended at night.
