This technical Workshop is co-organised by the EARSeLSpecial Interest Group (SIG) on Forest Fires (FF-SIG)and the Global Observation of Forest and Land Cover Dynamics (GOFC-GOLD)Fire Implementation Team.
This workshop follows four previous technical meetings held in Alcalá deHenares (1995), Luso (1998), Paris (2001) and Ghent (2003), and will be focusedon fire effects assessment, although fire prevention and detection will also becovered.
Callfor Papers
A selection of the best papers presented at this workshop will be published in apeer-reviewed remote sensing journal. All abstracts will be reviewed by twomembers of the scientific committee.
