NSW faces second peak in bushfire crisis

AUSTRALIA – More than 680 homes have been destroyed and more could be lost in the next few days as New South Wales faces a second peak in its bushfire crisis.

There were nine bushfires at emergency warning level at the height the day, three have joined up creating what authorities are calling a ‘mega fire’.

Residents in several towns are leaving their homes tonight as fires threaten their communities.
