As a result of the forest fires that killed a person, Onemi maintained a Red Alert in the regions of La Araucanía and decreed in Los Ríos.
In Los Ríos, the communes within the payroll are Valdivia, Mariquina, Panguipulli and La Unión. While in La Araucanía the alert affects the province of Cautín.
The Araucanía

– “Allipen 2”, which has taken about 250 hectares in the commune of Freire.
– “Espeleta”, which consumes 250 hectares in the commune of Cholchol and “Boldoche Reduction”, with 200 hectares. In this area, 15 homes were reported damaged, 38 people were sheltered and 1 person disappeared.
– “El Mirador”, which has consumed 11 hectares in the commune of Lautaro.
– “Pancul Mañío”, which has taken nearly 100 hectares in the commune of Carahue, where 5 houses, 1 private school and 1 social headquarters were reported destroyed.

Those foci that are under observation are in the communes of Nueva Imperial, where 8 houses with damages were reported; Temuco and Pucón.
Meanwhile, the Onemi confirmed that the “Vegas de Chivilcán” forest fire is already under control, which consumed about 4.4 hectares in the Temuco district.
In these communes work multiple emergency agencies, brigadistas, along with the Superintendence of Electricity and Fuels (SEC), CGE and the Army. Since the Onemi reported the alteration of power supply in the communes of Freire, Pitrufquén, Loncoche, Villarrica, Pucón and Curarrehue, in the region of La Araucanía.
At the moment there are 49,200 affected customers, due to a fault in the transmission line 66KV Temuco – Loncoche.
The rivers
The “Pullinque Alto” forest fire has consumed about 290 hectares in the Panguipulli commune.
From there they have evacuated about 40 people, where nine will be transferred to a boarding school as a shelter (with shelter and food), in the same commune; while the other 31 were derived where relatives.
In the place worked Conaf, Carabineros, Firemen, SAMU and Municipal personnel. So far no injured people are registered.
It is worth mentioning that the rest of the province of Valdivia is maintained with Alerta Amarilla, according to Onemi.
On the other hand, the mayor of Los Rios reported that as a result of the losses, there are about 1500 people without power supply in the town of Neltume, in the Panguipulli district.

CHILE – Producto de los incendios forestales que ya cobraron la vida de una persona, la Onemi mantuvo Alerta Roja en las regiones de La Araucanía y decretó en Los Ríos.
En Los Ríos, las comunas dentro de la nómina son Valdivia, Mariquina, Panguipulli y La Unión. Mientras que en La Araucanía la alerta afecta a la provincia de Cautín.
La Araucanía
Fue allí donde el fuego dejó una víctima, identificada como Samuel Huilcapán (94), quien fue encontrado calcinado en la comuna de Cholchol.

Se mantienen activos en la provincia los incendios denominados:

– “Allipen 2”, que se ha llevado unas 250 hectáreas en la comuna de Freire.
– “Espeleta”, que consume 250 hectáreas en la comuna de Cholchol y “Reducción Boldoche”, con 200 hectáreas. En dicha zona se reportaron 15 viviendas con daños, 38 personas albergadas y 1 persona desaparecida.
– “El Mirador”, que ha consumido 11 hectáreas en la comuna de Lautaro.
– “Pancul Mañío”, que se ha llevado cerca de 100 hectáreas en la comuna de Carahue, donde se reportaron 5 viviendas, 1 colegio particular y 1 sede social destruidas.

Aquellos focos que se encuentran bajo observación están en las comunas de Nueva Imperial, donde se reportaron 8 viviendas con daños; Temuco y Pucón.
En tanto, la Onemi confirmó que ya se encuentra controlado el incendio forestal “Vegas de Chivilcán”, que consumió unas 4,4 hectáreas en la comuna de Temuco.
En estas comunas trabajan múltiples organismos de emergencias, brigadistas, junto a la Superintendencia de Electricidad y Combustibles (SEC), CGE y el Ejército.Desde la Onemi se reportó la alteración de suministro eléctrico en las comunas de Freire, Pitrufquén, Loncoche, Villarrica, Pucón y Curarrehue, en la región de La Araucanía.
Al momento se registran 49.200 clientes afectados, debido a una falla en la línea de trasmisión 66KV Temuco – Loncoche.
Los Ríos
El incendio forestal “Pullinque Alto” ha consumido cerca de 290 hectáreas en la comuna de Panguipulli.
Desde allí se han evacuado unas 40 personas, donde nueve serán trasladadas a un internado habilitado como albergue (con abrigo y alimentación), en la misma comuna; mientras que las otras 31 fueron derivadas donde familiares.
En el lugar trabajó Conaf, Carabineros, Bomberos, SAMU y personal Municipal. Hasta el momento no se registran personas lesionadas.
Cabe mencionar que el resto de la provincia de Valdivia se mantiene con Alerta Amarilla, según informó la Onemi.
Por otra parte, el intendente de Los Ríos informó que producto de los siniestros, hay cerca de 1500 personas sin suministro eléctrico en la localidad de Neltume, en la comuna de Panguipulli.
Se está coordinando junto a la SEC la disposición de generadores para la zonas lacustres y precordillerana, debido a la actividad turística de la zona.
