FRANCE – We thought this type of disaster rather reserved forests in the south of France in summer. The forest of Senart, 30 kilometers south of Paris, was victim Wednesday of a major fire that affected 80 hectares according to a final assessment made by the prefecture CNEWS.

60 firefighters were mobilized. RN6 has been partially closed as a precautionary measure.
