O comandante afirmou que “grande parte das ignições ocorre entre as 19:00 e as 00:00”, uma hora que considera “estranha” e em os meios aéreos ou já não podem atuar ou possuem um curto espaço de tempo para atuar.
Hernâni Carvalho disse ainda não ter dúvidas de que “há uma intenção clara de queimar e de destruir”.
