Australia — The police TRG bomb response unit and the army was called to the Wheatbelt after an unexploded military device was found near Toodyay this afternoon.

The ordnance was discovered in a swamp by a local bushfire brigade who were conducting a controlled burn near the intersection of Wallaby Way and Louisa Circle, Morangup.
Police were called about 3.50pm and cordoned off the area while the item was identified.
