Thailand — The cabinet today approved a bill to establish the Department of Royal Rainmaking and Agricultural Aviation as proposed by the Agriculture and Cooperatives Ministry.
The bill upgrades the Bureau of Royal Rainmaking and Agricultural Avation to a department under the Office of the Permanent Secretary.
The draft legislation will be forwarded to the Council of State for examination before being sent to the House of Representatives for deliberation.
