Eastern Ontario forest firefighters sent to British Columbia

Canada — Today, eastern Ontario is sending reinforcements to help fight forest fires in Williams Lake, British Columbia.
They are sending five type one Initial Attack fire crews with four people on each, one 20 pack for sustained attack and two Incident Management Teams. Supervision consists of three Incident Commanders, two Division Supervisors, one Plans Section Chief and one Agency Representative. Over 50 people in total will be helping in B.C.
In the East Fire Region, there is a moderate to high forest fire hazard.
Lightning and human caused fires are lit daily.
