Turkey assists Georgia to extinguish fire in forests

Georgia — Turkey is assisting Georgia in the fighting the fire which broke out in Borjomi-Kharagauli woods as a result of Russian aggression.

Russian planes dropped explosives in the protected areas which caused fire in the popular resors of Georgia and have been preventing Georgian aviation to fight the fire from air.

Its impossible to travel to the disaster areas by vehicles.

Turkish aviation has already begun pouring water on the disaster regions.

Beyond killing and destroyng cities and villages of Georgia Russians managed to damage about 230 hectares of woods in the Borjomi Region.

The turkish planes will fill the water tanks in the river Karsi, Turkey.
