Fire in Svilenrgad region spreading towards Dervish Mogila village

Bulgaria — 4,500 decares of forest trees have burnt so far in the forest fire near the town of Svilengrad in Bulgaria, the Fire Separtment said for FOCUS News Agency.
According to their informaiotn the fire started on August 15th at 1.55 pm local time in a region near the villages of Dervish Mogila, Matochina and Studena in the municipality of Svilengrad. The fire has been extinguished in the region of Matochina and Studena, but it is currently spreading through a pine forest towards the village of Dervish Mogila. The forest terrain makes efforts to extinguish the fire by human force impossible.
