Gov. Offers Reward For Wildfire Arsonist

USA — Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger announced a reward on Wednesday in an arson-sparked wildfire that destroyed dozens of homes in Butte County.
The state is offering $50,000 for the arrest and conviction of whoever started the Humboldt Fire, which started on June 10.
The blaze scorched more than 23,000 acres and destroyed more than 87 homes in and around Paradise, Calif.
