Rochester, MN, USA — Rochester firefighters extinguished a small grass fireand stood by downed power lines Wednesday night on the city’s northwest side.
The lines provide electrical service to the Heritage Manor complex in the2400 block of 18th Avenue Northwest.
Firefighters found two wires down when they arrived. They also put out agrass fire ignited by the wires, a fire official said.
A spokesman for Rochester Public Utilities could not be reached to comment onnumbers of residents affected.
