 Forest fire grips Buzulgan –Sai natural boundary

Kyrgyzstan — Forest fire broke out in the Buzulgan –Sai natural boundary on the Chon Kemin river left coast at 19:00 on May 11. The area of fire makes up 5 ha, the press services of the Emergencies Ministry reported.

A special task force of the Emergencies Ministry Northern Interregional Department headed by Lieutenant Colonel Amanbaev B. was seconded to take the fire under control. Chon Kemin National Reserve staff strong 10 persons, 10 officers of the State Fire-Fighting service and 50 local residents managed to localize the fire. At present the fire is set to be liquidated.
