Kearny, New Jersey, USA — A brush fire broke out in Kearny, New Jersey near Route 280 on Monday morning.

Smoke could be seen for several miles.

The fire was most intense on Harrison Avenue.

NJ Transit.com is running again after a brief interruption during the height of the fire. But you can expect residual delays of about 15 minutes. Trains will be running at reduced speeds in the immediate area of the fire

No word yet on what may have sparked the flames.
