Texas , USA — A brush fire burning in Medina County has prompted the evacuation of Devine Middle School.

Smoke from the fires prompted the district to transport students to Devine Intermediate School, where parents can pick up their children.

District officials told KSAT 12 News neither the school nor its students were in any danger, but the looming smoke was considered a health hazard.
