Australia — A bushfire that reignited in the eastern Perth suburb of Parkerville has been contained, fire authorities say.
The Fire and Emergency Services Authority (FESA) said the Parkerville fire had been contained again about two hours after reigniting at 4.30pm (WDT).
A 59-year-old woman was on Wednesday charged with having wilfully lit a fire near her Parkerville home on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, in Mandogalup in Perth’s south, a bushfire burning on either side of Wattleup Road and east of Mandogalup Road has been contained.
