Montana, USA — Ahorn Wildland Fire: An estimated 44,100 acres, or nearly 70 square miles, have burned in the Lewis and Clark National Forest, 30 miles west of Augusta.
Fool Creek Wildland Fire: An estimated 31,344 acres, or nearly 50 square miles, have burned in the Lewis and Clark National Forest, 30 miles northwest of Choteau.
Meriwether Wildland Fire: An estimated 39,500 acres, or 62 square miles, have burned in the Helena National Forest, 37 miles northwest of Helena.
Brush Creek Wildland Fire: An estimated 18,927 acres, or 29.5 square miles, have burned in the Flathead and the Kootenai national forests, west of Whitefish.
Sawmill Complex: The three fires have burned an estimated 10,340 acres, or 16 square miles, in the Lolo and Beaverhead-Deer Lodge national forests southeast of Missoula.
