One man dies, many houses burn in wildfire in Bulgaria

Haskovo. One man has died and many houses have completely burned in the Haskovo region in Bulgaria, Tencho Atanasov, inspector in the local Fire Safety and Protection office, said in an interview for FOCUS News Agency.
A state of emergency has been declared in the municipalities of Topolovgrad and Svilengrad..
At the moment we are making efforts to save the houses, which are on the path of the fire, Atanasov said and added that the situation was extremely difficult.
