Eddy, TX, USA — All fifty-five hundred residents are back home today at FortHood after being evacuated from an out of control grass fire.

All fifty-five hundred residents are back home today at Fort Hood after beingevacuated from an out of control grass fire. Fort Hood officials forced theevacuation yesterday afternoon of Comanche One, Two and Three while firefightersgot the flames under control. At this point there are still some areassmoldering, but Fort Hood firefighters are keeping close watch on it. Officialssay no homes were burned, just grass in the main commissary and post exchangearea on base.
