Current forest fires in Canada

This image taken by the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) on NASAs Terra satellite on 23 July 2013 shows massive fires affecting Canada with large smoke plumes and some pyrocumulus clouds drifting North.
The red dots are points of anomalous heat.

The upper image was captured by the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) onboard of NASAs Aqua satellite on 18 July. It shows the fires (red dots) and large smoke plumes drifting East.
The second image is a detail of the white square on the upper part of the first image. A large plume drifting East can be noticed along with pyrocumulus clouds. The brown area by the red dots is the fire scar.
