The Ministry of Agriculture, ICONA, Section of Forest Fire Defense, has prepared the first issue of “Noticias del Mundo”. The bulletin provides the contributions of the first issues of the ECE/FAO International Forest Fire News translated into Spanish. It also includes notes from Latin America. For the Spanish speaking readers this bulletin will be of special interest because of its extensive information on international fire training courses and Spanish publications on forest fire issues.
