Materialsto be made available for each individual student: Course no.1: Handbook with all theoretical course material
Courseno.2: Handbook with all theoretical course material. Diskette with set of fuel models,BEHAVE, BehavePlus, and the MacArthur FDR.
The contentsof the course should provide Fire Ecology IV (B-tech) students with an adequateintroduction to fire ecology/fire management, but is also (particularly) aimedto provide the fire manager sufficient material for practical implementation, particularly in the fields of integrated fire prevention, fire simulation andprescribed burning application.
