Este evento, que vem sendo realizado desde 1993, já se firmou como um dos mais importantes fóruns de debates sobre o problema dos incêndios florestais no Brasil e nos outros países da América do Sul. Nesta nova edição nos dias 11 e 12 de abril de 2011, além dos painéis que serão apresentados, palestrantes convidados e representantes de entidades de controle de incêndios florestais nacionais e internacionais irão apresentar tendências e novas tecnologias para o controle de incêndios.
This event has been realized since 1993 and it was consolidated as one of the most important forum of discussion about forest fires in Brazil and other countries of South America. Now, in this new edition in April 11 and 12 of 2011 in Campinas São Paulo, besides the panels that will be presented, national and international invited lecturers and representatives of entities of forest fires control will be present tendency and new technologies to forest fire control. Joined with this event, it will be realized the EXPO FOREST 2011.
The productive sector of Brazilian planted forests is preparing to receive the first fair dynamic forest in Latin America. The Expoforest – Fair Forest Brazilian has already confirmed date: from 13 to 15 April 2011. The event will be held in an area of 118 hectares of eucalyptus plantation owned by International Paper, the interior of Sao Paulo. After the fair in 2008 in Curitiba (PR), the coordination of the event met the requests of partners and exhibitors for the Expoforest happened in 2011 in order to strengthen its internationalization. The 2008 edition of Expoforest received more than 4 thousand visitors during the four-day event held in Paraná. The 58 exhibitors, among national and foreign companies presented products and services for planting, protecting, harvesting and transportation of wood from planted forests.
