Southeast Asia: Regional Needs and Capabilities for Satellite-based Fire Monitoring

On 20-21 February the GOFC-Fire Implementation Team will be holding a workshop on Regional Needs and Capabilities for Satellite-based Fire Monitoring in Southeast Asia, to be hosted by NASDA’s Earth Observation Planning Department, Japan. A draft agenda and call for participation is attached. The draft agenda outlines topics of interest for the workshop, and will be finalized once we have received responses from presenters.

Remote sensing specialists who would like to present a paper at this workshop are encouraged to contact no later than 30 January 2001:
