Building on the success of 2017, Aerial Firefighting and Search & Rescue Europe returns to France in May 2022, bringing together over 500 aerial firefighting and search & rescue professionals under one roof. Aerial Firefighting and Search & Rescue Europe 2022 will feature the largest exhibition to date, more demonstration opportunities and a focused two-day conference programme.
The City of Nîmes wishes to welcome you and your colleagues to AFF and SAR Nîmes 2022, The Future of AER in Europe. Taking place at Sécurité Civile Aerial Firefighting Centre, Nîmes Airport, France.
As global warming accelerates and the consequences worsen, join us in Nîmes – a great place to progress this mission as government officials, commercial entities, scientists, engineers, and business leaders come together to ensure a safer environment for the generations to come. With the modernization of European air fleets, coupled with the challenges of low-carbon aviation, this event will support European innovation and the international aviation industry to make sure these challenges are met. Key elements of this ground breaking event include focusing strongly on Science and Innovation across AER technologies and practices enhancing the efficiency and safety of air and air-land mission leading to better civil protection for all.
