USA – PASCO COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – Starkey Wilderness Park is expected to reopen after a brush fire burned through the area Sunday.
The Pasco County Fire Rescue responded to the 10-acre fire just after 2 p.m.
An hour later, officials said the fire was 100 percent contained.
No homes or buildings are in danger.
Firefighters have remained at the scene to keep an eye on hotspots.
Officials said residents may continue to see smoke throughout the evening.
