USA — The Tennessee Highway Patrol says Friday’s wreck on I-40 in eastern Wilson County killed John Brown, 65, from Brentwood. The THP also says the wreck was caused because of slow moving traffic due to a brush fire on the right shoulder of the road.
The report says vehicles were all getting into the left lane when an 18-wheeler wasn’t able to stop. The truck then rear-ended other cars.
