The final report of the fire situation assessment in Viet Nam conducted between 20 and 27 April 2002 has been released by the Ministry for Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD), the German Agency for Technical Cooperation (GTZ) ind conjunction with the GFMC and UN-OCHA Emergeny Services Branch / Environmental Services Section.
