Tangent Link’s portfolio of Aerial Firefighting Events, are now firmly established as the world’s leading conference on the subject. The event in Australia will be the third in the series, the last one was held in Anaheim, California where over 200 delegates heard experts from USA, Canada, South America, Russia, Australia and Asia. The speakers discussed and debated many aspects of both fixed wing and rotary serial fire fighting operations, including how to combat as well as maintaining sustainable air fleets during a global economic financial crisis.

This, our third event will take place just prior to the Australian AFAC/Bushfire CRC Conference 2009, being held in the Gold Coast during the same week. Attending both these events will provide you an excellent opportunity to get a full appreciation of the unique Australian issues surrounding Wildland fires.

Our forum will focus purely on the aerial aspects and emerging technologies with presentations from leading National and international experts in the field.

– Optimum Fleet Mix – Helicopters and Air Tankers

– Ground to Air Communications
