Wildfire 2013 – the first to take place in Wales will feature a range of conference sessions, workshops, field trips, equipment demonstrations and networking opportunities to make it the must go event in 2013 for all those involved in the prevention and suppression of wildfires. The focus is on the practical, informed by the best knowledge and experience from around the world.
Wildfire conference is the opportunity to mix with people from different backgrounds. Practitioners, researchers, policy makers and advisers from across the land management, fire & rescue, community resilience and environmental sectors get to hear at first-hand about each others experience and knowledge.
CALL FOR PAPERS
The Wildfire 2013 Call for Papers deadline has now closed. However if you have a paper you would like to submit, please let us know atwildfire@ruraldevelopment.org.uk and we will see what we can do.
We welcome proposals for conference papers or workshops on all subjects relating to wildfire relevant to the UK, Ireland and North West Europe.
