- Expert Meeting on the “Use of Available Global Landsat Data Sets for Meeting the Information Needs of NEPAD” – Dakar, Senegal 3 November 2003
This Expert Meeting is being organised as a Pre-Conference Meeting of the AfricaGIS ’03 Conference and will bring together 30 experts representing Western African and Regional Institutions to define possible projects that take advantage of the available global data sets and also to discuss a strategy to promote the wider use of the available data. Limited funding is available to support travel expenses of experts representing institutions from Western Africa.
